Automatic Media Download and Save to Gallery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auto Media Download:<\/strong> This one downloads the files but makes them accessible only on the app. You won&#8217;t find the auto downloads in the Gallery or Files app.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Save to Gallery\/Save Photos:<\/strong> Save to Gallery on Android or Save Incoming Photos on iPhone are the same feature. This feature directly saves the downloaded media files in the Gallery or Photos app.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Where to Find Telegram Downloaded Files on Android?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To find the Telegram downloaded files, you need to make sure that the Save to Gallery or Auto Download feature is enabled. If you don&#8217;t know whether it&#8217;s enabled or how to enable, here&#8217;s what you need to do.<\/p>\n<p>1. Launch the Telegram app on your Android phone.<\/p>\n<p>2.
