This rollout spans Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code, and Azure AI Foundry, marking a significant leap forward in Microsoft\u2019s commitment to making advanced AI tools more accessible and effective for everyone \u2014 from everyday users to enterprise customers.<\/p>\n

Trained on Microsoft Azure, GPT-5 now powers the AI experiences behind Microsoft\u2019s tools \u2014 delivering smarter, faster, and more reliable support. It is optimized to address a wide spectrum of use cases across productivity, software development, and customer solutions.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday Microsoft is incorporating GPT-5, OpenAI\u2019s best AI system to date, into a wide variety of its products, to bring new reasoning capabilities and improvements to coding and chat across its platforms,”\u00a0Microsoft wrote<\/a> in a news release on Thursday.<\/p>\n

GPT-5, which was trained on Azure, includes OpenAI\u2019s latest reasoning models, along with a smart, efficient model, to provide users with the right tool for the task at hand, whether in a consumer, enterprise or developer context.”<\/p>\n

Smarter AI for Business and Enterprise<\/strong><\/p>\n

With GPT-5, Microsoft 365 Copilot can now better understand complex prompts, maintain conversational context over longer sessions, and reason across emails, documents, and files. more effectively.<\/p>\n

It is like having a smarter digital assistant that better understands what you mean, not just what you type. These improvements aim to further reduce cognitive load and boost productivity in enterprise environments.<\/p>\n
