Xioami to take on Apple’s iPhone X with\u00a0bezel-less Mi MIX 2 smartphone having\u00a0Snapdragon 835 processor<\/strong><\/p>\n

It can be safely said that Apple is copying Samsung S8 by bringing out a bezel-less iPhone X. The iPhone X is said to cost upwards of $1000 for its bezel-less design and OLED screen.<\/p>\n

Xioami, one of the top Android smartphone<\/a> makers from China has decided to take on Apple as well as Samsung with its own version of bezel-less Android smartphone.<\/p>\n

With Apple poised to announce its iPhone X today, Xiaomi has already unveiled the successor to its innovative Mi MIX smartphone at an ongoing event in Beijing. The Mi MIX 2 looks different from earlier Xiaomi Mi Android smartphones with a near bezel-less display and a larger screen. Xiaomi is looking to hit two birds with a single stone by taking on the bezel less Samsung Galaxy S8 as well as Apple iPhone X which will be launched today.<\/p>\n

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor<\/li>\n
  • 6 GB RAM<\/li>\n
  • 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB internal storage options<\/li>\n
  • 12-megapixel rear camera<\/li>\n
  • 5-megapixel front camera<\/li>\n
  • Aluminium and ceramic curved build<\/li>\n
  • Global LTE support, multi-mode with 43 bands<\/li>\n
  • 3400 mAh battery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to the standard Mi MIX 2 variant, Xiaomi has also unveiled a Special Edition Mi MIX 2 carved out of a single block of ceramic. This version will feature 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage and is priced at RMB 4699 ($721).<\/p>\n

    The standard versions of the Mi MIX 2 are priced at RMB 3299 ($506) for the 64 GB variant, RMB 3599 ($552) for the 128 GB variant and RMB 3999 ($613) for the 256 GB variant in China.
